My experiences have only been positive. I have a very good and committed consultant manager (Johanna) who follows up and makes sure everything is working properly. Thanks to this, it is very easy to be motivated.

How did you experience the application process and how did it work?
The application process was fast from the first phone interview until I actually got an offer, which was positive to me.
The process consisted of three steps, first a shorter telephone interview, then an interview at Studentworks office and finally an interview at Ellevio.

I saw an ad on an interesting job so I registered my CV at Studentwork. I did not go on with that particular process, but luckily Studentwork found my CV and matched me with the job at Ellevio.

Do you have any tips or advice for others looking for a job?
The first tip I would like to give is to never give up. It may take time and you can get a lot of no's on the road, but at last somesthing will come up.
Also see every interview you go on as one experience richer. Finally, I would like to have an updated CV and that you can register your CV at different job sites, which meant that I got the job I have today.

What are your best career tips for people who are at the beginning of their career?
My tips to someone who is at the beginning of the career are:
• Dare to ask!
• Do not overload yourself, it's hard to be new at work.
• Praise yourself.
